Watching alot of upcoming beat em up games getting developed and they are all pretty good, amazing even. But the one thing that bothers me is that is nutbuster even worth finishing? like there are so many games of this specific genre getting developed with alot of them being high quality compared to this one person's level of talent. I just don't know if i can actually finish it or really bring anything new to the table instead of making it just another beat em up game with a fun story, i don't know man... Is this game even worth finishing?
Could just be me having a period of self doubt but uhh...

I think you have fun characters and people have liked what you've made so far. I'd say if you have another idea you are more excited about, you can pivot to that, otherwise you could keep exploring what you can do with an expanded Nutbuster.
The way I look at all my games is that I'm always learning and improving, so just the act of working on a game is still progress towards future games. If you keep trying new things with Nutbuster, you'll keep learning and Nutbuster will grow and get more and more interesting.

Oh that's some really good advice! I was feeling a lil bit burnt out from working on this game non stop for a couple of weeks and always feel like my game isn't gonna be interesting for people to play when it fully comes out because of how many higher quality beat em up games there are in this specific genre.
